Just in time for the new year, I have brought together twelve photographs into a 2012 Calendar. Each year I underestimate how much work this project will be, and this year was no exception. I am happy just to have it completed before 2012 begins.
While assembling calendars in the past I have been reluctant to combine color and black & white photographs into one collection, which has caused me to overlook some of my favorite monochrome photographs in the past. In 2011 I have particularly enjoyed black and white photography, and I decided to make this year's calendar an exclusively monochrome collection. The photographs illustrate some of the extraordinary and disparate landscapes I've had the priveledge of visiting across the American West.
As in past years, I am using the publication services of Zazzle.com who I have found to do an excellent job printing (higher quality than most anything you'll find for sale elsewhere). The cost is, unfortunately, higher because of the on-demand printing, but I hope some of you will feel it is worth the expense. A small portion of the cost makes its way to me, but I will once again donate 100% of my return to Toys for Tots (or if I am able to turn it into a matched donation at a similar local charity, I will do that). I am happy to have a way to share my photographs beyond a computer monitor, and to help some deserving kids have a better holiday in the process.
Purchase Here, or by clicking the large cover image above. Thank you!
Please note, that current coupon codes are available here, directly from Zazzle.com (Until the end of the year there is a coupon for 25% off one calendar, or 50% off two or more!)
